Onesies are designed to be snug fit to meet safety standards, round up if child is in between sizes. Nile is 24M and 28lbs and is wearing 24M.

Here are general size recommendations by age:

• Up to 9lbs (first two weeks): Size NB
• 3 to 6 months: Size 6M
• 6 to 12 months: Size 12M
• 12 to 18 months: Size 18M
• 18 to 24 months: Size 24M
